About the role
- Configure, enhance, and perform technical adjustments in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Define and implement solutions aligned with logistics, transportation, and distribution strategies.
- Conduct requirements analysis, process design, and produce technical and functional documentation.
- Troubleshoot, perform performance analysis, and resolve incidents in OTM environments.
- Support implementation activities, continuous improvement, and enhancement projects.
- Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, WMS, external TMS, and other corporate platforms.
- Ensure security, governance, data quality, and adherence to architecture best practices.
- Support business, operations, and IT teams in the correct use of OTM.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an OTM Engineer or involvement in Oracle Transportation Management projects.
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, execution, rating, and visibility modules.
- Experience integrating OTM with other corporate systems.
- Experience in solution design and functional analysis of logistics processes.
- Experience with OTM troubleshooting, support, and sustainment.
- Familiarity with SFTP, web services, APIs, XML, SQL, or related integration technologies.
- Technical English skills for reading and understanding documentation.
