About the role
- Act as the technical and commercial engine of the SWAT Team, converting AI strategy into high-impact solutions and demonstrations that accelerate clients' decision-making
- Lead the design, build, and implementation of AI solutions at a regional level, combining strategic architecture with advanced technical execution
- Ensure a high degree of solution reuse across countries, reduce time-to-first-value, and ensure adherence to the organization's technical, security, and governance standards
- Define and evolve a regional reference architecture for Artificial Intelligence
- Design end-to-end AI solutions covering data, models, APIs, and operations
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, privacy, and access control policies
- Build, fine-tune, and integrate AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, classifiers, copilots, and intelligent agents
- Develop and optimize prompts, inference pipelines, and model evaluation mechanisms
- Integrate AI APIs and microservices into clients' operational systems and platforms
- Provide technical leadership for pilots and proofs of concept across different countries, in collaboration with local champions
- Resolve complex technical blockers, ensuring solution quality, performance, and reliability
- Document, standardize, and package technical artifacts for reuse and regional scalability
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, MLOps, or advanced development
- Proven experience building, integrating, and deploying AI models in production environments
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience consuming REST and/or gRPC APIs
- Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with generative AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and inference pipelines
- Fluent Spanish for participation in regional projects and interaction with international clients
