About the role

  • Define and lead the company's IAM architecture strategy using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta.
  • Design authentication and authorization architectures that support SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and adaptive access for cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Establish architectural standards, patterns, guidelines, and governance models for identity and access management.
  • Drive the integration of identity platforms with critical business applications, security tools, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with security architects to align IAM architecture with Zero Trust principles and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams responsible for implementing IAM capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta, including advanced design, integration, and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of identity standards and federation protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and SCIM.
  • Experience designing hybrid identity architectures and integrating them with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Solid understanding of security architecture, Zero Trust frameworks, and compliance requirements (ISO, NIST, GDPR).
  • Ability to provide architectural oversight, lead complex technical discussions, and build consensus among stakeholders.
