About the role
- Lead implementation and configuration activities for Service Cloud and Field Service
- Gather and analyze functional requirements with business stakeholders
- Model customer support and service processes
- Configure standard and custom objects
- Set up cases, queues, assignment rules, SLAs, macros, page layouts, automations, and flows (Flow Builder)
- Define and execute functional tests (UAT)
- Prepare functional documentation and support governance
- Collaborate with developers to detail customizations
- Conduct trainings and workshops with end users and key users
Requirements
- Strong experience in Salesforce projects, especially in Service Cloud and Field Service
- Salesforce Service Cloud (advanced)
- Flow Builder, Permission Sets, Profiles, Record Types, Page Layouts
- Integrations via middleware and REST/SOAP APIs (functional perspective)
- Experience with AppExchange and complementary solutions (CTI, bots)
- Knowledge of OmniStudio is desirable
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (highly desirable)
