About the role

Design, develop, and enhance SAP Fiori and UI5 applications aligned with SAP UX design guidelines and enterprise standards.
Build CDS-based OData services and implement full CRUD operations.
Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using SAP Web IDE, Business Application Studio (BAS), HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
Work extensively with SAP NetWeaver Gateway and OData services for front-end to back-end integration.
Enhance and customize standard Fiori applications and implement reusable UI5 controls and Fiori Elements.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery and an excellent user experience.
Apply strong debugging skills in UI5 and ABAP layers to efficiently resolve complex issues.
Participate in system design and architecture discussions and performance optimization initiatives.

Minimum of 10 years of professional SAP development experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP UI5/Fiori/OData.
Expertise in SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, CDS Views, OData services, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
Proven experience using SAP Web IDE, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), and Eclipse IDE for SAP development.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, NetWeaver, and the SAP BTP development environment.
Experience with UI Theme Designer, Fiori design patterns, and modern UX/UI best practices.
Proficient in debugging using SAP UI5 Inspector, Chrome Developer Tools, and the ABAP Debugger.
Experience consuming REST APIs and working with JSON/XML data structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or lead multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in global, cross-functional environments.
