About the role
- Handling tickets (incidents and enhancements) for clients on different SAP platforms (ECC / S/4HANA and Public Cloud).
- Primary profile in SD with a secondary profile in MM.
- Understanding processes together with the client’s users.
- Configure, specify, test and support implementation.
- Manage tickets under service, providing estimated hours to the client, delivery deadlines and follow-up with the technical team and users.
Requirements
- SD and AMS support (minimum 5 years)
- MM, S/4HANA Private Cloud (minimum 2 years)
- S/4HANA Public Cloud desirable
- Advanced English
- Good communication skills
- Technical knowledge of the following topics:
- Sales process configuration such as: direct warehouse sales, intercompany, credit memo, among others.
- Experience with Fiori applications, IDocs, interfaces, main BAdIs, BAPIs and exits related to the module, and debugging basic functionalities.
- Experience with an ITSM tool such as Xurrent, Jira, etc.
- Advanced English.

- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
