About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute strategic procurement of goods and services, ensuring the best commercial, technical, and operational terms.
Manage the entire contracting process with a focus on improving quality, meeting timelines, and optimizing costs; promote synergies and pursue opportunities for savings, innovation, and supply chain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and alignment with business strategy.
Responsible for procurement across the São Paulo head office and all Ultracargo terminals, including managing relationships with national and international suppliers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree.
Intermediate MS Office skills (strong proficiency in Excel).
Professional experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
Experience preparing reports and executive presentations.
Planning and organizational skills.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Project management experience.
Strategic thinking.
Risk management.
Knowledge of legal contract structures and commercial clauses.
