About the role
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and operational lines.
- Collect quality and engineering documentation, manufacturing data books, test/commissioning checklists, and prepare manuals and training materials for maintenance and operations teams.
- Develop operational readiness procedures, quality checklists, and handover documentation for client departments.
- Ensure maintenance activity schedules are met and manage available resources.
- Apply reliability engineering concepts and asset management practices.
- Develop KPIs and management reports to ensure effective communication with executive management and client departments.
- Specify technical spare parts for inventory.
- Prepare descriptive technical specifications and scope documents for contracting services.
- Promote and guide the application of operational excellence methods and tools.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, recommending adoption of techniques and processes that improve productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Operate in compliance with SGI procedures and Ultracargo’s Policy, Mission, and Values.
- Control and ensure the necessary safety requirements for activity execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with the SAP PM module.
- Prior experience in the field working with Oil & Gas companies.
- Experience in reliability analyses.
- Solid experience with rotating equipment.
- Experience with static equipment.
- Experience developing maintenance plans (pumps, dryers, heat exchangers, boilerwork).
- Willingness to travel.
- Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Engineering or related areas.
- Fluent English.
