About the role
- Design, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social channels, and affiliate networks
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Manage content creation and scheduling for social media channels to increase brand visibility
- Support affiliate and IB marketing channels, building relationships with partners and influencers
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and produce reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations (ESMA, FCA) in campaign execution
- Explore opportunities for expansion in key regions such as SEA, MENA, and LatAm
Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience within FX/CFD, fintech, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
- Hands-on experience with social media management and content marketing
- Experience managing affiliate and influencer campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- SEO/SEM experience in the finance sector (nice to have)
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for financial marketing (ESMA, FCA) (nice to have)
- Experience executing campaigns in SEA, MENA, or LatAm regions (nice to have)
- Additional languages for content localisation and regional engagement (nice to have)
