About the role
- Identify strategic partners, schedule meetings to review and present performance data.
- Keep the back office updated and monitor carrier information for use in the referral system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales and Customer Success) regarding referral system requests and align with the partner when necessary.
- Present the company to carriers interested in partnering and determine the type of integration to be implemented.
- Send and track the carrier's questionnaire and documents for onboarding.
- Review, manage, and archive partners' technical and commercial documents.
- Issue documents for the technical team to measure total hours worked.
- Analyze information to prepare quotes for partners.
- Present the quote to the partner.
- Train users after the integration has been completed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Information Technology / Information Systems, Process Management, or Commercial Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), CRM tools (HubSpot), basic knowledge of systems integration (APIs, webhooks), back-office/logistics systems, understanding of commercial processes and contracts, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
