About the role

  • The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and launch of innovative digital products in the logistics area for e-commerce, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Monitor product development with the engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with market needs.
  • Define and track key success indicators (KPIs) and product metrics such as adoption, retention, engagement, and business impact.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analyses to identify improvement opportunities and propose evidence-based solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to align product metrics with growth objectives and market positioning.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and operational efficiency initiatives for logistics and e-commerce products.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital product development, with a focus on logistics and e-commerce.
  • Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum, with experience leading product development teams.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience defining and tracking product metrics (e.g., cohort analysis, conversion funnel, churn, NPS).
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with data analytics and metrics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Certifications in product management, agile methodologies, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of design thinking and innovation methodologies applied to defining success metrics.
  • Experience working in scale-up environments or fast-growing companies.
