About the role
- Be a reference and inspiration for the team, with a strategic mindset and a performance focus.
- Make data-driven decisions and use analytical insight to guide the team.
- Train the team on product knowledge, technical approach, and sales best practices.
- Communicate targets clearly and in a motivating way.
- Delegate tasks and monitor execution with a focus on productivity.
- Supervise activity results and both individual and team performance.
- Create and update dashboards and reports with commercial KPIs.
- Manage the team's time, ensuring quality deliveries within deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Provide weekly feedback and hold monthly 1:1 meetings with each team member.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects, representing the needs of the commercial area.
- Act in problem resolution and serve as the team's point of support.
- Develop support materials such as sales pitches, emails, and sales content.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading sales teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma — completed or in progress.
- Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
- Good communication skills, proactivity, and team spirit.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and experience creating performance reports.
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop people.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Inside Sales).
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and BI.
