About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the design, implementation and maintenance of Ullico’s internal and external web applications
Develop web applications using C# (.NET), ColdFusion, Java (Spring MVC), JavaScript, CSS and HTML
Use frameworks/libraries like Bootstrap and jQuery to build responsive applications
Interact with business analyst and other support staff to determine needs of program modifications or enhancements
Participate effectively in project requirements, development and testing status review meetings
Develop flow diagrams for new and legacy applications
Use Git to manage and track all changes across development activities
Use Adobe XD and Adobe Photoshop to design application wireframes and produce high-quality graphics
Design SQL tables and write queries and stored procedures
Perform other similar and related duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience with HTML for building and structuring web applications
Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript for client-side development
Minimum of 2 years of experience using jQuery for DOM manipulation and front-end functionality
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Bootstrap for responsive design and UI components
Minimum of 3 years of experience applying Object-Oriented Programming principles in application development
Minimum of 3 years of experience developing applications in .NET using C#
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SQL for database design, queries, and data management
Minimum of 1 year of experience using Git for version control and collaborative development
