About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with senior leadership, including CEO’s and CFO’s, to support the development of strategies to increase profitability and improve cash flow.
Support and lead procurement transformation initiatives, including strategic sourcing, category management, supplier rationalization, and contract optimization.
Analyze client procurement processes, policies, and governance models to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, operations, supply chain, IT) to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to client leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or consulting preferred.
Finance knowledge including financial modeling.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong data analytics skills with proven experience analyzing procurement or financial data.
Strong written and oral communication skills - ability to present critical issues to senior business leaders concisely.
