About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and pursue new client opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients at senior management and C-suite levels.
  • Qualify new business opportunities and coordinate with partners and practice leads to develop tailored proposals.
  • Network actively through industry events, professional associations, and business communities.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and client needs.
  • Collaborate with partners and subject matter experts to create compelling value propositions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and activities in Salesforce.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven business development experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting services and business advisory solutions
  • Experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint) and Salesforce software.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex service offerings.
