About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update the corporate records of the Group's legal entities (ΓΕ.ΜΗ. filings, board resolutions, shareholder decisions, statutory registers).
- Coordinate corporate actions such as changes to share capital, board composition, or articles of association.
- Monitor regulatory and legislative developments relevant to the Group's operations and flag compliance requirements proactively.
- Review and draft a range of commercial agreements including service contracts, NDAs, supplier agreements, and client engagement letters- for both internal Group needs and client engagements.
- Support clients in the establishment and structuring of legal entities, including the preparation of articles of association, shareholder agreements, and related corporate documentation.
- Support the execution of agreements, ensuring alignment with applicable legal requirements and internal standards.
- Maintain the Group's contract repository and monitor renewal and expiration deadlines.
- Manage filings and submissions to ΓΕ.ΜΗ., tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required, both for the Group and for clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Greek corporate law and regulatory obligations.
- Liaise with public authorities and notaries for the execution of corporate legal actions.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal legal queries across the Group, including matters related to employment, operations, and cross-departmental legal questions.
- Assist in the management of any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings, coordinating with external counsel when required.
- Provide occasional legal support to clients on straightforward matters arising in the course of engagements, referring more complex or specialist issues to the appropriate internal or external resource.
- Support data protection compliance (GDPR) in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree from a Greek university; a postgraduate qualification (LLM) is a plus.
- Member of a Greek Bar Association (Δικηγορικός Σύλλογος) or eligibility to register.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a corporate legal, in-house, or law firm environment with real exposure to corporate and commercial law.
- Solid understanding of Greek corporate law, ΓΕ.ΜΗ. procedures, and commercial contract practice.
- Familiarity with Greek labor law and GDPR compliance is a strong asset.
- A practical mindset — you spot the risk and offer a workable solution, not just a memo.
- Strong drafting and communication in both Greek and English.
- Comfortable owning multiple matters at once, with the discretion the job requires.
