About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Manage treatment plans and medication regimens
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Complete documentation and discharge planning
Provide ongoing care for assigned patients
Provide shared weekend coverage, approximately 1:5
Provide one evening of phone-only call per week
Work in Inpatient and PHP/IOP programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

MD or DO degree
BE/BC in Psychiatry through ABPN
1+ year's previous full-time Inpatient Telehealth experience strongly preferred
Alaska Physician/Medical License, in good standing
Successful candidates will thrive in highly team-based treatment team environments
