About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide inpatient child adolescent psychiatry services
  • Participate in highly team-based treatment team environments
  • Optionally participate in outpatient, PHP, and residential treatment
  • Work flexible schedules, including block schedules or Monday-Friday
  • Provide shared weekend coverage, approximately 1:5, with remote or onsite choice
  • Provide one evening of phone-only call per week
  • Collaborate with dedicated clinical support staff and multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Optionally take on leadership responsibilities
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MD or DO degree
  • BE/BC in General Psychiatry through ABPN (required)
  • BE/BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry through ABPN (preferred)
  • 1+ year's previous full-time Inpatient Telehealth experience strongly preferred
  • Alaska Physician/Medical License, in good standing
  • Successful candidates will thrive in highly team-based treatment team environments
