About the role
- Responsible for directing and managing crowds, especially during entry and exit phases
- Ensuring the smooth running of events
- Conducting personal checks and verifying access authorizations
- Access and driveway control
- Patrol and inspection rounds, seat guidance and guest services
- Assisting people with reduced mobility
- Observing and reporting security-related incidents
- Point of contact for guests and event organizers
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Friendly, service-oriented manner
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to work in a team
- Good interpersonal skills and a well-groomed appearance
- German language skills, spoken and written
- Clean criminal record
- Instruction under §34a GewO desirable (can be obtained during employment)
- Additional security-related qualifications (e.g., first aid training, fire safety assistant, evacuation assistant, etc.) are an advantage but not mandatory
