About the role
- Lead and motivate the security team, including creating duty rosters and conducting recruitment interviews
- Ensure process flows such as shift planning and deployment coordination
- Monitor and ensure the quality of the security services provided as well as employee satisfaction
- Advise and support clients and regularly participate in meetings
- Identify security shortcomings and develop measures to improve safety, including creating new security concepts
- Correct billing of services provided and documentation of supervisory checks
- Assist with gatehouse and reception duties
Requirements
- Certified Protection and Security Worker (GSSK) or equivalent qualification as a Protection and Security Specialist
- Knowledge of security and emergency management and relevant legal regulations
- Leadership experience or willingness to acquire it
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- English skills are desirable
- Driver’s license is mandatory (own car advantageous for reaching the site)
- Additional security qualifications (e.g. first aid training, defensive driving, fire safety training) are advantageous but not required
