About the role
- Receiving, processing and managing all incidents reported by phone and email
- Transmitting information to authorities and security organizations
- Initiating measures in accordance with procedural instructions
- Assessing and managing email messages as well as documentation
Requirements
- Completed training as a Security Specialist (Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit, FKSS) or further training as a Certified Security Officer (Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft, GSSK)
- Successfully passed the proficiency exam (Sachkundeprüfung) according to § 34a GewO
- Plant security courses (Werkschutz) and experience in security services are an advantage
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Driving license class B
- Clean criminal record certificate
- Willingness to work in shift patterns and on weekends
- Reliability, flexibility and strong communication skills
- Additional qualifications in the security field are advantageous
