About the role
- Responsible for directing and managing flows of people, especially during entry and exit phases
- Ensuring the smooth running of events
- Conducting personal searches and checking access authorizations
- Patrols and inspection rounds, seating direction and guest services
- Assisting persons with reduced mobility
- Observing and reporting security-relevant incidents
- Acting as a point of contact for guests and event organizers
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Friendly, service-oriented manner
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to work in a team
- Good manners and a neat appearance
- German language skills, spoken and written
- Clean police record
- Certification under §34a GewO desirable (can be obtained during employment)
- Additional security qualifications (e.g. first aid training, fire safety warden, evacuation assistant, etc.) are an advantage but not mandatory
