About the role
- Responsibility in the emergency control center
- Receiving, handling and managing incidents via telephone and e-mail
- Conveying information to authorities and security organizations
- Initiating measures in accordance with procedural instructions
- Documenting all processing steps
Requirements
- Completed training as a Protection and Security Specialist (FKSS) or further training as a Certified Protection and Security Officer (GSSK)
- Successfully passed the official proficiency examination under §34a GewO
- Practical experience in security services
- Motivation to further qualify as a GSSK (Certified Protection and Security Officer)
- Good written and spoken German
- Driving license class B
- Clean police clearance certificate
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Reliability, flexibility and strong communication skills
