About the role

  • Responsibility in the emergency control center
  • Receiving, handling and managing incidents via telephone and e-mail
  • Conveying information to authorities and security organizations
  • Initiating measures in accordance with procedural instructions
  • Documenting all processing steps

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Protection and Security Specialist (FKSS) or further training as a Certified Protection and Security Officer (GSSK)
  • Successfully passed the official proficiency examination under §34a GewO
  • Practical experience in security services
  • Motivation to further qualify as a GSSK (Certified Protection and Security Officer)
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Driving license class B
  • Clean police clearance certificate
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Reliability, flexibility and strong communication skills
