About the role
- Lead and motivate the security team, including creating duty rosters and conducting hiring interviews
- Ensure process workflows, such as shift planning and deployment coordination
- Monitor and ensure the quality of provided security services as well as employee satisfaction
- Advise and support customers and participate regularly in meetings
- Identify security deficiencies and develop measures to improve safety, including drafting new security concepts
- Accurately bill services rendered and document supervisory control checks
- Support gate and reception duties
Requirements
- Certified Protection and Security Specialist (GSSK) or Security Specialist
- Knowledge of security and emergency management and relevant legal regulations
- Leadership experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Good written and spoken German
- English skills desirable
- Driver’s license required (car advantageous for reaching the site)
- Additional security qualifications are a plus but not required
