About the role
- You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
- You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including variance analyses and concrete action recommendations
- You continuously develop our controlling tools, KPI systems, and reporting structures
- You analyze projects, cost centers, profit centers, and agency-specific performance metrics
- You work closely with management, Finance, HR, and business units and advise them on financial matters
- You support ad-hoc analyses, business cases, and decision-making material for strategic topics
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an agency, project, or service environment
- Strong numerical skills and pronounced analytical and conceptual abilities
- Confident use of Excel and common controlling, ERP, or BI systems
- A structured, independent way of working and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills, advisory competence, and very good German and English skills
