About the role

  • Technical leadership of frontend projects with responsibility for architecture, quality and scalability
  • Development of modern websites and web applications with a strong focus on usability, performance and accessibility
  • Implementation of responsive interfaces using Nuxt (Node.js, Vue.js) with TypeScript and Tailwind
  • Design and further development of scalable component architectures and clean code standards
  • Close collaboration with UX, backend and project management to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions
  • Mentoring and conducting code reviews for frontend developers, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Integration of headless CMS solutions (e.g. FirstSpirit)
  • Active contribution to technical decisions, tooling and frontend strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, Nuxt (Node.js, Vue.js) and Tailwind
  • High sense of ownership, quality awareness and structured, solution-oriented thinking
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Experience with frontend testing strategies and quality assurance
  • Very good written and spoken German or English
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
