About the role

  • You optimize and develop our internal IT infrastructure with a focus on sites in Germany and Spain
  • You are a problem solver and point of contact with both technical understanding and a customer-/service-oriented approach
  • You support our technology-driven organization and help users with their day-to-day work
  • You further develop and administer our Microsoft 365 and cloud services as well as the central collaboration tools and IT processes

Requirements

  • A completed vocational qualification in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or an equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Experience with hybrid Windows environments and the administration and development of a MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) landscape (Bonus: Windows Autopilot)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMware, Palo Alto Firewalls, network administration, Linux, or Jamf is an advantage
  • You enjoy technical problem solving, are communicative and service-oriented
  • Fluent in German and English
