About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and implementing robust data collection and measurement approaches
- Analysing health, administrative, survey and programme data to generate actionable insights
- Supporting evaluation projects that assess the impact of innovations and service improvements
- Developing and applying analytical methods that lead to meaningful conclusions and recommendations
- Creating engaging visualisations and dashboards that communicate findings clearly to different audiences
- Maintaining and enhancing our developing insights platform, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely and relevant information
- Working with partners to secure and manage data access in line with governance requirements
- Translating complex findings into clear, accessible reports and presentations
- Supporting a learning health system approach by continuously sharing insight to drive improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative, analytical, research or data-focused discipline
- Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, assessing limitations and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Experience working on analytical, research, evaluation or insight projects
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to agreed deadlines
- Experience analysing structured and unstructured datasets
- Strong data visualisation and communication skills, ideally including Tableau
- Experience using analytical tools such as R, Python or similar technologies
- Knowledge of data governance, information governance and ethical standards relating to health data
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
