About the role
- Collaborate with enterprise clients, system integrators, MSPs, and distributors.
- Design and present scalable UniFi-based solutions that address a wide range of business requirements.
- Drive sales expansion, act as the local engineering lead, and represent UniFi at events, webinars, and partner trainings.
- Deliver technical pre-sales design and consultation.
- Produce BoMs, topologies, and configuration recommendations.
- Conduct live and online product demos.
- Support partners with enablement and retail engagement.
- Build brand visibility across key Thai IT and ProAV markets.
Requirements
- Enterprise Networking Understanding of MC-LAG, Stacking, BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN.
- ProAV Networking Knowledge of AV-over-IP, PTP, and multicast/IGMP systems.
- VoIP Familiar with SIP, VoIP routing, and UniFi Talk.
- NAS / Storage Experience with RAID, NFS/SMB, and backup systems.
- Physical Security Familiarity with UniFi Protect, CCTV/IP cameras, and Access Control Systems.
- General Degree in IT or Networking.
- Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English.
- Hands-on experience in pre-sales or system integration.
- Certification (CCNA/CCNP/UEWA) preferred.
- Familiarity with GPT tools for documentation.
