About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build new features and enhancements in Salesforce for ticket sales, customer service, advancement, partnership teams, and more
Assist in testing, debugging, and deploying enhancements and new features following established change management processes
Support data migrations, integrations, and data quality efforts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across many departments
Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, custom objects, and automations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
Experience using project management software, such as JIRA
Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality; exposure to nonprofit/fundraising solutions (e.g., NPSP/NPC) preferred
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning components, and declarative tools (flows, validation rules, page layouts)
Basic knowledge of data management, system integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware), and CRM best practices
General knowledge of soccer
Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments
Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission
Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
