About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build relationships with customers through face-to-face engagement and provide financial counsel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relationship Banker 1: Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Relationship Banker 2: Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Senior Relationship Banker: Typically has five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
  • Required registration process includes a criminal background and credit check
  • Ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
  • Knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
  • Ability to explore and identify customers’ needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset
  • Ability to make appropriate recommendations that meet customers’ needs
