About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with customer accounts, inquiries, and items related to client satisfaction with the U.S. Bank relationship
  • Work under the direction of Business Banking Relationship Managers and Business Banking Relationship Analysts
  • Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share
  • Retain and deepen client relationships by providing knowledgeable, timely, and professional client support
  • Proactively identify potential problems and compliance issues
  • Maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of client relationships
  • Identify products and services that meet clients’ unmet needs
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with procedural, policy, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide primary responsibility for risk and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically five or more years of job-related experience
  • Considerable knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
  • Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
  • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
  • Compliance with applicable background check requirements
