About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive growth in Healthcare Practice Finance within the assigned market
  • Independently identify, engage, and convert new healthcare practice clients
  • Develop and maintain a broad network of Centers of Influence, referral partners, industry professionals, and strategic stakeholders
  • Collaborate with local Healthcare Relationship Managers in the territory
  • Introduce relationships after loan commitment and transition them to local Relationship Managers for ongoing management
  • Position U.S. Bank as the premier financial partner for healthcare practices
  • Deliver customized financial products and services
  • Close complex deals and provide insights that influence decision-making
  • Build relationships and drive growth in the healthcare finance space

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Typically has seven plus years of direct experience in practice financing with proven success
  • Proven ability to self-source business and execute growth strategies independently
  • Strong networking skills and ability to cultivate high-value Centers of Influence relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare practice financing, secured lending, and credit analysis
  • Ability to close complex deals and provide insights that influence decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in the assigned market and comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures
  • Applicants must be able to comply with the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
  • Certain positions may be subject to FINRA, NMLS registration, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, NFA, FCPA, Bank Secrecy Act, SAFE Act, and other applicable requirements
