About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop profitable new business account relationships and increase profitability from existing accounts
  • Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services
  • Present to existing and prospective clients about the benefits of the organization’s products and services
  • Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales
  • Support and grow business within the Milwaukee metropolitan area or Chicago suburbs
  • Travel as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to three years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations
  • Strong marketing, business development/sales, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
  • Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
