About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee strategic product management for assigned technical product lines supporting Enterprise organization goals and market needs
- Serve as primary Product Owner for fraud communication platforms
- Own the product backlog and roadmap priorities using OKRs
- Define, document, and prioritize features with key stakeholders
- Drive delivery of platform enhancements supporting fraud mitigation, customer experience, and regulatory compliance
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners
- Align strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders on roadmap, product risk, investment areas, and success measures
- Define and deliver product performance goals across Enterprise users
- Own engagement for the assigned technical portfolio regarding the SDLC
- Develop, analyze, monitor, and report performance metrics
- Use performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and progress on strategies
- Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and production releases
- Collaborate with software engineers and agile teams to execute product vision and roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical Product Management experience
- Prior Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Product Manager experience
- Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization activities
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable technology solutions
- Experience managing third-party vendors or technology partners
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to independently drive complex initiatives through ambiguity and competing priorities
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Experience coordinating UAT, defect resolution, and production releases
- Expertise in product model system interdependencies, business metrics, KPI design, service blueprints, and reusability
- Technical understanding of product architecture and economics of technical investments
- Deep understanding of target customers through internal/external research, personas, story maps, and product chartering/mapping
- Strong collaboration with software engineers
- Experience supporting SaaS or vendor-hosted platforms
- Experience within financial services, fraud, risk management, authentication, customer communications, or contact center technologies
- Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, procedures, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and workplace conduct and safety policies
