About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop marketing campaigns focused on digital platforms and solutions
  • Deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention, and engagement
  • Identify and communicate key performance indicators and optimize campaigns to improve return on investment
  • Use segment-specific marketing strategies and media to launch programs with agencies, product, and activation teams
  • Ensure marketing programs comply with laws, regulations, and bank policies
  • Leverage data and analytics to deliver marketing across email, online, mobile, ATM, social media, and other channels
  • Coordinate with marketing channel partners to develop channel-specific content and testing plans
  • Develop campaign themes and creative assets across channels
  • Track key performance indicators with analytics partners and optimize strategies, tactics, and content
  • Adapt to changing systems and compliance requirements
  • Lead projects and manage multiple marketing assignments on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with research teams and leaders to adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
  • Ability to lead projects and provide data-driven, customer-centric, relevant marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments on time and on budget
  • Ability to collaborate with research teams and leaders and adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while taking direction as needed
  • Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities based on business needs
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience working with Adobe Workfront
  • MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus
