About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Retain and grow medium to large high net worth client relationships
  • Build a team of Banking, Trust and Investment professionals around clients
  • Meet and exceed client needs through coordinated wealth management services
  • Handle complex wealth and relationship management issues
  • Provide counsel and expert advice in all areas of Wealth Management
  • Partner with colleagues to identify and service unique client needs
  • Drive business development and business growth
  • Make critical decisions independently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in high and ultra-high net worth client wealth management activities
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
  • Must complete the required NMLS registration process, including a criminal background and credit check
  • Must meet and maintain NMLS registration requirements, including a satisfactory criminal and credit record
  • Excellent relationship management, networking, and business development skills
  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. Bancorp Banking, Trust, and Investment products and services
  • Ability to partner with colleagues to identify and service unique clients' needs
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Ability to make critical decisions independently
  • Professional designation such as CFA or CFP is preferred
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
