About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Onboard new and existing customer implementations of Treasury Management payables, receivables, and other financial products
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customer representatives and U.S. Bank during implementation via phone or email
  • Conduct onboarding activities and perform analyses
  • Monitor and track implementation requests from point of sale to customer use
  • Build positive customer relationships by ensuring optimal service delivery and product functionality
  • Escalate potential obstacles appropriately
  • Communicate implementation status effectively
  • Ensure efficient and timely onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes
  • Understanding of how customers use Treasury Management products
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with internal partners and external customers
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
