About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative, operational, and staff support services for assigned groups or managers
- Write, track, compile, and review reports
- Perform research, exception processing, data entry, record keeping, and data maintenance
- Ensure proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Review and evaluate work quality and productivity standards for assigned product lines or work areas
- Review reports, loan files, policies, and procedures to promote quality execution of loan operations functions and related transactions impacting financial statements
- Use PC-based software packages for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, and databases
- Perform specified job duties that may vary by area
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four or more years of experience in a business and general office environment
- Strong understanding of the business and perfected office skills
- Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
- Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
- Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment
- Well-developed verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
- Ability to satisfy applicable employment eligibility verification and background check requirements
