About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative, operational, and staff support services for assigned groups or managers
  • Write, track, compile, and review reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of experience in a business and general office environment
  • Strong understanding of the business and perfected office skills
  • Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
  • Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
  • Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment
  • Well-developed verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
  • Ability to satisfy applicable employment eligibility verification and background check requirements
