About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Intelligent Document Processing activities, including document digitization, metadata extraction, classification, separation, and reconciliation workflows
- Support the Product Owner and broader platform team in delivering product and platform initiatives
- Create, maintain, and execute product test scripts and test cases
- Partner with business lines to understand needs, clarify requirements, and support test case development
- Communicate with business lines, technology partners, product teams, leadership, and other stakeholders
- Help validate document extraction, classification, separation, and reconciliation processes within the IDP platform
- Support operational platform management across assigned products and related ecosystems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Related certificate and/or bootcamp completion
- Typically two or more years of related experience
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing, including document extraction, classification, separation, metadata validation, or document reconciliation
- Ability to translate business needs into clear testing scenarios and platform requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to partner effectively with business and technology stakeholders
- Must work from one of the posted locations three or more days per week
- Role does not support visa sponsorship
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
