About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process and support Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) and Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions across the full transaction lifecycle, including trade documents, payments, settlements, and investigations
  • Review, examine, and reconcile trade and FX documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service‑level agreements
  • Act as a primary liaison between internal partners, external clients, and correspondent banks to facilitate timely and accurate processing of global trade transactions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email (primary) and phone to resolve inquiries, clarify documentation requirements, and address transaction issues
  • Identify discrepancies or risks, escalate issues appropriately, and support timely resolution to minimize customer and operational impact
  • Maintain strong productivity, quality, and accuracy standards in a high‑volume, detail‑driven operations environment
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement while upholding the highest standards of customer service and operational integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience with import/export trade products or international payments
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage sensitive or time‑critical transactions
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and self‑driven; able to manage workload independently
  • Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external banking partners across different time zones
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple transactions simultaneously
