About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of project managers, governance specialists, and learning designers.
- Establish team priorities, goals, performance measures, and development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Drive adoption of enterprise standards, governance practices, and quality expectations across GL&D.
- Mentor team members in project management, governance, risk management, and consulting skills.
- Establish and govern GL&D development methodologies, project management standards, templates, and best practices.
- Define and maintain enterprise learning design, visual, brand, accessibility, and learner experience standards.
- Oversee a portfolio of learner-facing projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR Product and Technology teams to implement workflow tool enhancements and operational improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, Program Management, Operational Excellence, Governance, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience developing governance frameworks, standards, policies, or operational processes.
- Strong consulting, influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
