About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the strategic product management for the Cloud IAM program in support of the organization's cloud strategy and information security requirements
- Ensure delivery of marketable capabilities
- Engage with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features and collaborate with the Cloud Security and IAM teams
- Drive functionality, user experience, and strategic direction for the Cloud IAM capabilities
- Work closely in a hands-on style with engineering teams including addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions on an ongoing basis
- Maintain a focus on the capabilities the Cloud IAM team is delivering while balancing development of additional capabilities as identified based on research and industry best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of the applicable information security systems, policies, and procedures
- Effective communication, presentation skills, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven collaboration and influencing skills
- Strong experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- Thorough knowledge of IAM capabilities including provisioning, access management, AuthN/AuthZ, privileged access, security standards, etc.
- Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
- Strong knowledge of public cloud features and capabilities
- Experience evaluating those features to identify appropriateness for the enterprise
- Thorough knowledge of industry and enterprise best practices relating to securing public cloud environments
