About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the strategic product management for the Cloud IAM program in support of the organization's cloud strategy and information security requirements
Ensure delivery of marketable capabilities
Engage with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features and collaborate with the Cloud Security and IAM teams
Drive functionality, user experience, and strategic direction for the Cloud IAM capabilities
Work closely in a hands-on style with engineering teams including addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions on an ongoing basis
Maintain a focus on the capabilities the Cloud IAM team is delivering while balancing development of additional capabilities as identified based on research and industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
Thorough understanding of the applicable information security systems, policies, and procedures
Effective communication, presentation skills, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven collaboration and influencing skills
Strong experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
Thorough knowledge of IAM capabilities including provisioning, access management, AuthN/AuthZ, privileged access, security standards, etc.
Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
Strong knowledge of public cloud features and capabilities
Experience evaluating those features to identify appropriateness for the enterprise
Thorough knowledge of industry and enterprise best practices relating to securing public cloud environments
