About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for fraud platform enhancements, integrations, and vendor-delivered changes.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities to ensure system changes meet business requirements and operational expectations.
- Analyze testing results, identify defects or gaps, and partner with technology teams and vendors to investigate and resolve issues.
- Support testing and validation activities related to third-party vendor implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Maintain testing artifacts, test evidence, defect logs, and execution status within approved tracking tools, ensuring complete documentation and traceability of testing activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than three years of experience in testing, business analysis, fraud operations, risk management, technology support, or related disciplines
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Experience working effectively within cross-functional project teams
