About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads the planning, design, development, and implementation of assigned client onboarding and service initiatives
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed successfully
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Coordinates cross-functional resources, manages project risks and dependencies
  • Provides leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area including Swift connectivity, Foreign Currency Accounts, and Canadian Treasury Services
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
