Key responsibilities & impact

Leads the planning, design, development, and implementation of assigned client onboarding and service initiatives
Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed successfully
Serves as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
Coordinates cross-functional resources, manages project risks and dependencies
Provides leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in project management activities
Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area including Swift connectivity, Foreign Currency Accounts, and Canadian Treasury Services
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
