About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads the planning, design, development, and implementation of assigned client onboarding and service initiatives
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed successfully
- Serves as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Coordinates cross-functional resources, manages project risks and dependencies
- Provides leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities
- Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area including Swift connectivity, Foreign Currency Accounts, and Canadian Treasury Services
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
