About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on large-scale data and analytics projects that gather and integrate data from multiple sources
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to answer business questions and inform decisions
Apply statistical techniques and analytical tools to interpret results and develop actionable insights and recommendations
Present data, analysis, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner that enables stakeholders to quickly understand and act
Collaborate with business partners, analytics teams, and technology stakeholders to provide a holistic view of analytical outcomes
Acquire, validate, and prepare data from multiple sources to support accurate and reliable analysis
Measure and monitor the impact of applied recommendations and adjust analyses as needed
Ensure all data acquisition, sharing, and analytical outputs comply with company standards, governance, and data policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, and predictive modeling
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Demonstrated project management skills
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Expertise with complex SQL queries, including views, stored procedures, and user-defined functions
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or similar tools
Working knowledge of ETL processes and tools such as Alteryx, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent
