About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The AI Project Manager leads the delivery of AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives across the Home Lending organization.
- This role operates at the intersection of business, technology delivery, and data/AI innovation, ensuring AI use cases are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and scalable manner.
- The role will drive end-to-end execution of initiatives aligned to the Home Lending AI roadmap, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk partners, and external vendors to translate AI concepts into production-ready capabilities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and enterprise governance practices
- Experience managing dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Ability to translate business needs into structured execution plans
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience in Home Lending, Mortgage, or Financial Services
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiatives
- Familiarity with model risk management, compliance, or audit processes
- Experience with centralized intake/prioritization models and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Daptiv)
- PMP, Agile, or SAFE certification
