About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support role working directly with loans, customer accounts, inquiries, and items directly related to client satisfaction
- Supports sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share
- Responsible for retaining and deepening client relationships by providing exceptional client experience and support
- Leads all efforts in business account openings, funding, and maintenance
- Works closely with various stakeholders to ensure proper lien position and a minimal number of loan exceptions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically seven or more years of job-related experience
- Experience working with commercial loans for the healthcare industry
- Considerable knowledge of departmental and bank products & services
- Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including nCino, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in receiving and implementing performance feedback & coaching
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience deepening relationships over the phone with clients
