About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
  • Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of relevant experience
  • Expert level of Java 8 and 21
  • Strong experience in Spring Boot and other Java frameworks/libraries and Cloud API development
  • Experience with JSP, React & NodeJS
  • Deep understanding of the microservices, APIs, Junits, Mockito
  • DevOps and CI/CD: understanding and experience of setting them up, Kubernates
  • Experience with Cloud including on-prem, Containerization
  • Database experience: relational and non-relational
  • Experience working with the architecture diagrams and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to guide the team without overpowering, lead by example but give an opportunity to grow
  • Experience of working with contractors and/or offshore engineers is preferred
  • Staying on top of the modern technology and tools ( Copilot & AI tools)
  • Proficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns and best practices
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
