About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate closely with business partners, operations teams, and technical delivery resources to identify automation opportunities
Gather and refine define requirements
Design scalable automation solutions
Support implementation activities
Identify and define AI and automation solutions aligned to business requirements
Create design recommendations and define overall solution structures
Support platform unification through consistent, reusable design patterns
Participate in and facilitate solution workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
Identify impacted data sources, systems, integrations, and dependencies
Identify infrastructure needs and constraints
Inform functional and technical requirements, sequencing, and delivery timelines
Assess emerging technologies for suitability and business value
Support solution cost and complexity estimation
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
Contribute as a Power Platform automation maker when needed to support design validation or targeted build activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, technology delivery, solution design, or a related discipline
Excellent knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation technologies, Microsoft Power Platform, and emerging technology solutions
Experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency
Knowledge of automation platforms such as Power Automate Desktop, Automation Anywhere, Tungsten, or similar technologies
Experience developing and delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies preferred
Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, technologies, and business areas
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, build consensus, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk assessment capabilities
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value and positive user experiences
